My Mom has been in residence for 3 years now. The staff is kind and caring. She is happy and I know I can count on The Heathers to keep her best interests in mind. My Mom has her own room with all of her personal belongings. Just like home. My sister found The Heathers through word of mouth. We were lucky. I'm putting this review out so others might have an easier time finding a good place. They have broken ground on their third building and I'm excited to follow their progress. I liked the fact that there are approximately 16-17 people. That the dementia residents were not behind locked doors. That it was built like a home w/a kitchen, dining room, living room. It was homey instead of like a hotel. Also, the CNA's or Nurses were not out sourced. The management pitched in if needed. Got a warm feeling when I met w/staff.
