CriticalTrying to get in contact with someone is not been good except for when[Name Removed] is working unfortunately they had the desk closed yesterday and I’m assuming today since no one will answer the phone there. CriticalMom was safe but the care was subpar. Thankfully she had hospice coming in daily. She has moved on from Gold Choice to another memory care facility close by! We were grateful to have GC when we needed in an emergency.

CriticalI would give Gold Choice zero stars if I could. Our tour was not good. We didn't get tot talk to very many people. The facility was drab looking. It was so bad it didn't even compare at all to the other places we looked at.
