★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is fantastic. We consider most of them in memory care our family. They are always having different activities and the meals are great! The staff cooks meals and the food is really good no catering. The room Mom had was small, but they have different sizes in Assisted Living. The house was usually clean. Each room gets cleaned once a week and a beautician comes once a week. I would not have Mom anywhere else. Can't say enough good things about Homeplace at Midway
★★★★★
PositiveI certainly would recommend. It is set up like a real home. Nurses and Aids cook the meals which are so good. You can sleep as late as you want and they will fix what she wants for breakfast. The workers are so compassionate and seem to love the residents.
★★★★★
PositiveVery sweet staff. The meals are great. They Re allowed to sleep late if they want and feed them breakfast when they do get up. Very pretty facilities. They stay in touch with family when any meds are changed.

PositiveFollowing a broken hip, my mom's dementia rapidly progressed until she required memory care. I looked everywhere and fell in love with the Homeplace. The homey layout, home cooked meals, gardens and neighborhood-like design are truly unique and just wonderful. I cannot overstate the quality of the care my mom receives. The Homeplace team members are simply outstanding. They have gotten to know my mom so well and are very in tune with her health and moods. They treat her with dignity and love. My mom has quality of …

PositiveMy parents entered the Homeplace at Midway after an extensive search for a comprehensive care facility that didn’t feel like a nursing home. We started in AL but within months one parent had advanced enough to enter skilled nursing (Parkinson’s). Homeplace was intentional and accommodating to ensure my parents spent as much time together as possible. About a year later, Mom’s dementia would require memory care. Throughout these transitions and the passing of our dad, The Homeplace has gone above and beyond to care …

PositiveA beautiful facility with extraordinarily compassionate and helpful personnel. Prompt and punctual in returning phone calls, emails and texts, which is vitally important to determine the right facility. While still uncertain of the level of care required for Mother, at this time, The Homeplace at Midway is a top contender, yet final decisions of placement will be determined by availability.

Classification and identity evidence
Current CMS-certified nursing-home provider record; classification does not imply current admission availability.
Authoritative classification evidence · observed September 16, 2026Kentucky CHFS's annual Long Term Care Utilization and Service Report explicitly classifies the facility's nursing-home beds as CCRC beds. The annual CCRC row is joined conservatively by county and exact CCRC/NH bed count to the current CHFS licensed Long-Term Care Directory; expired licenses and rows without a unique current match are excluded. The directory owner remains a regulatory business-owner identity and is not inferred to be the public operator. Neither source establishes current availability, price, or fee.
