PositiveThe overall experience is getting much better, today I'd say 4, a month ago I'd have said 2. The care services a month ago was a 1, today its a 4. The staff has been so much better since the old director left. We cannot comment on the activities as our loved one as not participated. What they could overall improve on would be the food and the staff turnover.

PositiveI love the place & so does [name removed]The workers made to point to make him feel good. They were friendly & he liked that. It took a week or more for him to adjust that I would be back. I still tell him by and I'll be back. You can tell that he likes them all. The food is good and he takes his meds for them.

PositiveFirst of all [name removed] is an absolute angel, no matter the problem she always has time to talk to you. The ladies in memory Care are wonderful, it takes really special people to that kind of job and they all seem to have their heart in it. The has a very homy and welcoming environment. I would recommend this place very highly.

PositiveWe are looking at only being able to keep Mom there for the rest of this year. The care is amazing!! The staff is Great! Everything else is wonderful! The only problem is the cost keeps going up. It started out at $3,800 and is now $4,937.
