Their kind and caring attitude is so evident in how they interact with the residents. They were so very helpful in getting my mom placed and moved in. I am very pleased with the care they give my father. I like the facility. I like that they know how to care for residents with dementia. I wish the communication was better. I would recommend to others in need of dementia care. They understand and work with people who have dementia with behaviors. It is difficult to find that particular kind of care.

The staff was very friendly. I requested appts with the administrator twice and one with the administrator and head nurse regarding my mother. No response from either time. My mother had several issues about her stay, I'm not blaming all on the facility.

I recommend Heritage as my experience was made great with [name removed]and [name removed]who helped get my Mom acclimated into an assisted living facility. I was able to view the room in advance and talk through different options. I had some time to plan to coordinate (a couple weeks) and it worked out great. Heritage also has help with Medicaid application process. Since the time my Mom has moved in, we have taken advantage of the in house pharmacy which offers the same cost as Walmart pharmacy.
