About the community
Cozy Comforts and Resort Luxuries You should never have to choose between the comforts of home and quality care when you can have both here at our assisted living and memory care community. Located in some of the beautiful and renowned scenery in the country, you can feel right at home among cozy common areas and spacious accommodations. Because we are right in the middle of wine country, you have access to some of the best local shops, restaurants and entertainment in all of California. In addition to the breathtaking scenery and comfortable interiors, you have perhaps one of the most fun-filled community events calendars in the state. No matter what your interests are, you can always find something fun to do. Many of our assisted living residents spend their time in fitness classes and morning devotionals and participate in everything from art and bingo to movie nights and happy hours. If you have a loved one joining us in memory care, we can assure you they will experience the same wonderful quality of life as everyone else. Through our signature Honoring Choice program, memory care seniors participate in activities like morning mental workouts, sensory therapy and even go on excursions to local restaurants and destinations. You can enjoy a long list of amenities and services, including: •Spacious accommodations designed to feel and function like a home •Personalized care plans tailored to meet your specific needs •Restaurant-style meals and dementia-friendly menus •Diverse community calendar of events, programs and excursions •People-centered programming and guidance for memory care residents •Care team available 24 hours a day, seven days a week One of the first things we’ll do before you move in is work together to create a customized care plan that meets your specific needs. Whether you want assistance with things like bathing, dressing, mobility and managing medication or could use some gentle guidance and encouragement throughout the day, we’re here to make sure your every need is met. For added peace of mind, we keep our team on campus 24 hours a day, seven days a week to be alerted to an emergency. No matter what life may bring, you are never far from quality care you can count on.

★★★★★
PositiveThe staff members are very kind and caring. From the executive director to the staff, everyone is hands-on with the residents. They are proactive and attentive to the residents. And their one-bedroom apartment is huge. They have a menu from which the resident can choose. Absolutely, I will rate them at 5.

PositiveMy Mother wanted to live in an assisted living facility in Napa. She is on a fixed income. The Inn On Villa Lane was able to take Mom in immediately. They were there when we needed them. They have definitely fulfilled all of her needs.
★★★★★
PositiveNurturing family environment. Caring staff. My Mom had a living room and bedroom. Lots of closet space. Very small kitchen. Room sizes vary and I'm not familiar with all options.

PositiveI and my co-trustees do not have any negative comments in the seven areas and our love one has not voiced any negative feelings. Therefore, I feel a rating of 5 in all seven areas is valid. We were pleasantly surprised when after the sale from Brookdale, the new owners reduced the monthly rate. We had anticipated an increase.
Response from the communityThank you so much for sharing your thoughts and experience with us. It's wonderful to hear that you and your loved one feel positively about the care and services provided. Your five-star rating and kind words about the team mean a great deal to us. We're especially glad that the transition has exceeded your expectations, including the pleasant surprise of a reduced rate. Please don't hesitate to reach out if there's ever anything we can do to continue ensuring your loved one's happiness and comfort. Your feedback is greatly appreciated!

PositiveHelpfulness of the staff is what really sticks out the most about The Inn of Villa Lane.
★★★★★
PositiveStaff is friendly and caring. The Inn is clean, but they are short staffed (like every other facility). Things like cleaning carpet can be delayed. Communication with family is excellent. The move in process was very good. Facilities helped with any hanging of pictures or installation of mobility aids. They have a chef and the meals are very good. There are always "not on the menu" options if she doesn't care for what's offered. They are looking to hire a couple of key employees who left due to long commutes. They …
