★★★★★
PositiveThere was some confusion in the beginning. Don't know about some of the fees. Said everything was in house , but some services are hard to get. Room is fine. Food seems to be good, no issues.
★★★★★
CriticalSo far the staff does not seem educated in caring for patients, and the room is never cleaned. They take a long time answering the call button, and sometimes still never bring what you need.
★★★★★
CriticalWhat we like best was the original marketing director. However, she left two or three weeks after my mom moved in and it was kind of downhill after that. What we have liked the least is the food and the neglect. My mother rarely calls for help but when she does, she usually has to wait at least half an hour, and sometimes no one comes at all.
★★★★★
PositiveInverness of Spartanburg is a really nice facility. The staff are very nice and quick to answer questions and concerns that I may have concerning my mother.
★★★★★
PositiveNice size facility so she can walk a lap in about 15 minutes and not get lost. The interior courtyard is a nice safe way to be outside. The staff are very caring and helpful. We live on the other side of the country. Our mom is 97 and in generally good health but she is hard to handle. She likes the food.

He has now been a resident for approximately two months, and overall, the experience has been very positive. While there has been some staff turnover, which is not uncommon in this field, the level of care remains strong. In my opinion, this is one of the better seni…
