PositiveGood communication with management upon signing up and during respite. Medical and other staff compassionate re: issues that developed over the stay. Disappointed in follow-up communication- took more than 2 weeks to have questions answered. Resolved in week 3.

After I asked twice they finally showered but did not give the resident the help they needed. I observed the staff loitering around and socializing more than they were helping residents. Have witnessed residents fall in the dining area even when staff was close by. Misplacing residents personal belongings such as hearing aids, glasses and clothing. Laundry service mixes up clothing.

CriticalI have found mom's room dirty several times and lots of food left on the dining room floor from morning till evening. I found clothes piled up in her shower as well. I feel like they could do better at taking care of mom and making sure she doesn't fall especially when they're watching her. It would be nice if they cut it for mom because she has Parkinson's.
