PositiveMy two daughters and I toured the Kensington on a Saturday. We had a sweet guide who willingly and positively stepped up and guided our tour. She was knowledgeable about the workings of the assisted living facility and showed us living areas, client social areas, the cafeteria, craft area, and the therapy area. She was very helpful answering our questions and we asked her many!! I was very pleased with our tour and had a very good feeling about the Kensington and it's staff!

Positive[name removed] took us on the tour. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions and said she would get back with us in a couple of months to see how things are going. The rooms were clean and it did not have a hospital feel like a nursing home would. Felt like you were staying in a hotel. I only put a 4-star review on the appearance of the building because of its age. That cannot be helped, and it did not bother me. I would feel very comfortable having my dad live there.

My sister is loving The Kensington senior living house in Cumberland, Maryland the people there keep us very informed. If something happens to my sister they call immediately she got Covid. I was called and text within an hour of them, knowing that I can't say enough nice about it. The people are just so friendly.
