It was ok for someone on a budget. Staff were friendly Pretty clean but could be better Food was decent Interior could have been more updated But like I said before was happy overall based on what we were paying

They transport to the Dr on certain days. Their prices were lower than some of the other places.

Our relative is safe, clean, and doing well

We are overall pleased with the Legacy. What we pay is more than reasonable. Unfortunately we just experienced a staff change. We have not met many of the new staff. We live out of state so we will meet them shortly. The food looked like things I would prepare. We wish for some more activities for memory care. It is always clean. But no place will be perfect. But overall we are very pleased with our relatives care. We inspected other facilities and the Legacy won us over.

Review for The Legacy at Southpointe Drive

Memory Care room size is generous and they only house about 15-16 people, so there's usually a good staff to senior ratio. Face to face communication with staff is friendly and pleasant, however, after a few months, I've found there is no follow-up to my requests for info and I still have no idea who to contact about his care. There is a social worker available to advocate for the seniors BUT her services are only available to those with standard Medicare (not to people with Medicare Advantage plans) - this was a h…

Very pleased with my tour. Facility is nice and clean. All staff I encountered were very nice and helpful. Residents seemed very happy and active. I love the fact there are various types of rooms from studios to 2 bedrooms. Very roomy. Definitely on my top 3 list. Going back Saturday for the open house they are having.

After visiting with [removed name] we decided to move our mom to Legacy. She was so helpful and the facility and rooms look great. [removed name] was so helpful and kind throughout the process. We are hopeful that being at Legacy will help our mom with her goal of moving back to her home eventually.
