The Lodge at Eagle Ridge

The Lodge at Eagle Ridge has a lovely campus, but not much in the way of parking near the main entrance. The grounds are lovely, and it is reported that deer and other wildlife make occasional appearances. The building is going through upgrades and what has been done looks amazing. All rooms have AC units, which is not common in the PNW, but is definitely a needed luxury. All units come with a refrigerator and a microwave, the larger units have cooktops or a stove & oven. Decent facility overall

Seems like there's been some front desk turn-over, not sure why. The food is ok, but on my tour it was described as "farm-to-table" and it is more like almost average diner food. The hallways, particulary stairwells recently are looking unvacuumed and kind of shabby. It's still a relief to know that help is a button push away, and that she gets clean sheets and housekeeping every week. The Lodge at Eagle Ridge review

The meals and dining as well as the activities gets a 5+. Here, the staff are super nice, the food is excellent,(they have a new chef that helped improve the menu) The health director gives excellent guidance for exercise and gym use. There is an instructor for chair yoga that is very helpful. And the nursing staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I think it was a good choice for me.

Overall decent facility.

Lovely walking path around the building. Well-kept grounds. Nice windows/views from dining room. Seems like quite a lot of staff turnover in kitchen since Feb, including with serving staff. Food has been really variable. Was touted as farm-to-table, but there is a lack of farm-fresh that I've seen. Very bland, commercial type cafeteria food. Salad bar is half canned things. Also, dinner service ends really early...6pm. That's tough for some folks (including my mom, who's had dinner at 7 or so her entire adult lif…

It was good. They probably watched out for my dad more than they needed to before his dementia got so bad that he needed different care. The people were very friendly. I would recommend it to a friend.

A great place to have your loved one - and a fun place to live!

The staff was very loving towards my mother, which was great. They tried to get her to be a participant even if she couldn't participate she would be there to watch. The front desk was great. Everyone was nice sometimes communication was a little bit off, but that's hard they have a lot of residents so they're pretty busy. It's a wonderful place they have so many activities. It's unbelievable you cannot get bored there as a 40+-year-old woman I wouldn't mind living there there's so many fun things to do so if someb…
