The Lodge at Grand Junction in Colorado is a modern senior living community offering assisted living and memory care services. State Classification The Lodge at Grand Junction is an assisted living residence , which in the state of Colorado is a residential facility which provides personal services, protective oversight, social care due to impaired capacity to live independently, and 24 hour supervision (but not to the extent that regular 24-hour medical nursing care is required). Assisted living residences may also provide care to no more than 16 elderly persons who are mentally ill.
