We were misled about the quality and environment of the memory care unit and ultimately decided to move my father to another facility. For the price of approximately[Amount removed} per month, we expected a much higher level of care and transparency. Unfortunately, the facility did not deliver on what was promised. This has been the best place for my parents! Every time I come in, I have been pleased with the quality of care! The staff is qualified to work with the memory care issues that arise! My overall experience has been a good one. The care givers have all been wonderful to my wife. The ownership of the Lodge has changed hands while [name removed] has lived there, and I am not as happy with them. There seems to be fewer activities for those in memory care from what I can see. They still have craft time, but not much in terms of entertainment. I have friends with experience in other facilities in the Greeley area, and from what I can tell, they are all much the same.
