My sister-in-law is adjusting very well. She has met several friends. I would spotless that's the thing we liked about the best. Her apartment is the perfect size. She likes the grocery store trips and a few trips. We're hoping for a lot more trips. They said it's slower in the summer overall she's very happy.

The all-inclusive rent (including utilities & basic cable) maintenance free securely monitored building with onsite activities, cafe, hair salon, laundry pool room movie room game room shuffleboard library ballroom and very friendly environment is so welcoming!

I have been living here for about a month. My cat is getting more relaxed and adjusting to the move. She loves sitting on the windowsill watching the people walk by! That’s one thing I enjoy most the bright big windows with a view. The sunsets and geese flying by provide a zen like feeling! My efficiency apartment is bigger than I thought and has everything I need. The all inclusive rent is the greatest feature and a true value considering the amenities here. Security was another factor in my decision to come here.…
