PositiveThe place is lovely and well appointed, however, during the tour nothing was mentioned about the over [Amount Removed] one time fee besides the over [Amount Removed] a month for assisted living. Unfortunately my 95 year old aunt does not have that kind of money. Wish she did.

We secured a studio, accommodations are lacking for left side weakness in bathroom but clean, large window provides good light, during the day. Mice are a concern, traps have been laid. So on space excellent. Paying for "advanced care" option, not sure what is expected in this instance but have been onsite for 4-6 hours and check in from staff exceeds 3-4 hours. On front staff is normally kind. My mommy is paying for optimal care, yet having to secure incontinence, wipes, skin barrier cream and diapers separately …

CriticalBuildings need major repairs
Staff seems fine from what I see on weekly visits to independent living. Lots of complaints about not getting served what was ordered at dinner. no dining room in independent living since multiple leaks this winter. Lots of problems with the physical buildings.

PositiveThe tour was an absolute joy. The staff were very welcoming and the facility was vibrant. Having the opportunity to see the independent living space and the assisted living (personal care) space was valuable to make an informed conclusion on which would work bet for mom. The restaurant style eating area is a great meeting place for the residents and I saw they take full advantage of the amenity. Taking mom back to see for herself and to make a final decision.
