It is a lovely facility with nice amenities, especially the theater. One has more than enough choices of activities in which to participate. The quality of food had gone down hill since I moved here. We do have monthly meetings with the chef to express our concerns. He is slow to respond but the residents keep after him. Sadly the cottage I moved into had a water drainage problem in the back that wasn't disclosed. I can't use my backyard or patio. I've been on them for a year to address the problem. I've finally b…

There have been several employee firings that upset many residents. Our manager isn't the friendliest person. I don't think she listens to residents' concerns. But, the leasing agent was wonderful?? There seems to be a lot of turnover in the dining and housekeeping staff. Our main building is beautiful. It even has a fifty seat theater!It is where independent residents go for their meals, dining with those in assisted living. They are not organized and they don't appear to have any knowledge of how to run this community. Very unsatisfactory!! We picked this community because of the location and it seems nice. They have raised my moms monthly rent 3 times in a year.
