★★★★★
PositiveThe Summit is an amazing place. It’s like a 5 star hotel. The staff are professional and friendly. The only problem is: it is too large for my mother. I’m afraid she would not be able to find her way to and from the dining room.
★★★★★
PositiveYou can eat whenever you want. They have a menu to choose from daily and the food is good. There are care givers and staff floating around at all times. Most staff are very helpful and pleasant. Have a locking system to keep memory care patients from leaving without assistance. They have PT, OT and ST on staff during the day. They encourage interaction with each other through out the day. The surrounding areas are very pleasant with gardens and bird feeders.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff has been excellent and the care for my wife has been second to none! She's been there over a year and a half now. I would recommend the Summit to anyone looking for a place for a loved one suffering from dementia! Her room is constantly cleaned and the food is very good and balanced.
★★★★★
PositiveWe love how attentive the administration and staff are to us. They treat us like family which makes us feel "at home" rather than in a corporate run facility. There are many varied activities we can choose from.
★★★★★
PositiveSales associate was very knowledgeable and friendly. The atmosphere was very welcoming and clean. Welcomed in the memory assistance area, they were kind enough to show me to the correct location.
★★★★★
PositiveThe community is very nice and well heated. The food is average; my dad didn't enjoy it at first but has learned what to order-though I'd recommend avoiding the chicken. The manager is generally pleasant, though interactions can vary. Maintenance does respond to issues, but for upgraded or higher-end features, residents may prefer to purchase their own. Housekeeping does a good job overall.
