Highly recommended

The staff was very good at working with us during the difficult time my father was having. He did have multiple exit attempts and actually did get out of the facility. At that time we were forced to leave. The staff was understanding and helpful during this time however

A lovely place! Just unfortunate that they leased their last available space that morning! But we are certainly keeping them in our “back pocket” should something become available.

Overall recommend

There are daily activities, housecleaning once a week. My dad thinks the food is good. There’s not as much medical care as I expected, like a dressing after a fall takes awhile to locate. They check on dad throughout the day, reminding him of mealtime and activities starting. Outside area is nice.

The Mansion is a fantastic assisted living facility. Unfortunately, my brother is not eligible to live there because he has a stage 3 wound. If he is ever able to move to an assisted living facility we would definitely consider this one.

The Mansion was just what my mom needed.

My mom was only there for six weeks but it was the perfect space for her during this time. She passed away after six weeks. The staff and care team were very respectful and considerate of my mom’s needs.

He's not been able to get on a regular laundry day schedule, but we can request his laundry be done. He thinks the food is good. A couple of times he has called me to get help when he didn't get a response to his call bell, I called the desk to get help for him. He has gone to some activities with music and games. I don't know if the staff offer to assist him with showers, but we have hired extra help to come in to do that. Someone cleans his room weekly, and occasionally someone will come to take out the trash on …
