OLD ELEVATORS MULTIPLE FLOORS NOT WORKING

I have an affordable apartment with great views. The in-house PT staff are the best I've ever had. Here's the bad...the elevators and electricity keep going out, so if you live on the upper floors and are in a wheelchair or walker, YOU CANNOT get back in your apartment. I'm in a wheelchair on oxygen there are no chair lifts on their stairs. Just this week, I got upset as I needed oxygen and my meds, and told the Manager [name removed] this. Her reply was very nonchalant, she kept flipping through her phone the ent…
