Director does not return calls about concerns, complaints or questions. Very, very understaffed. No bus, no transportation to Appointments. Promised physical therapy rarely given. Do not be fooled by attractiveness of building, you do NOT want to place your loved one here!

PositiveLots of Fun Activities
I'm a member of a local community service that works with Oasis and have found it to be a lovely place. The Activities Director plans and has an active role in a lot of exciting events and always seems busy planning new ones. The residents are treated with respect and care and seem to have a lovely time at any event we're involved with. A fun and active place for your family members!

Our biggest concern was the lack of properly trained staff. In memory care, caregivers should understand dementia behaviors, resident safety, communication, and de-escalation techniques, but many employees seemed unprepared for the level of care residents require. Staff is very friendly and takes great care of ensuring residents feel included. Lots of great activities and food is very good. A few more always available options and having menus at the table would improve the experience. My mom tends to not know what she's eating and forgets about the what is always available.
