Horrible!

Director does not return calls about concerns, complaints or questions. Very, very understaffed. No bus, no transportation to Appointments. Promised physical therapy rarely given. Do not be fooled by attractiveness of building, you do NOT want to place your loved one here!

Lots of Fun Activities

I'm a member of a local community service that works with Oasis and have found it to be a lovely place. The Activities Director plans and has an active role in a lot of exciting events and always seems busy planning new ones. The residents are treated with respect and care and seem to have a lovely time at any event we're involved with. A fun and active place for your family members!

Families Should Know the Reality

Our biggest concern was the lack of properly trained staff. In memory care, caregivers should understand dementia behaviors, resident safety, communication, and de-escalation techniques, but many employees seemed unprepared for the level of care residents require. There also appear to be ongoing staffing shortages, poor communication with families, and repeated instances where family concerns and requests were ignored. The activities for memory care residents often felt childish and not appropriate for adults with

Broken Promises

In appropriately mixed patients. Behavioral issues, unsafe in memory care, Bad experience, still having issues with their billing department. Would recommend them to no one. Administrator not honest, sales person not honest. Activity directory talks down to residents. Understaffed. Nursing staff and some aides excellent but were given more than they could do or care for. One aide cannot take care of 4 memory care pts, bring food back and forth from main dining hall and back (leaving residents unsupervised) and then

Overall would recommend

Staff is very friendly and takes great care of ensuring residents feel included. Lots of great activities and food is very good. A few more always available options and having menus at the table would improve the experience. My mom tends to not know what she's eating and forgets about the what is always available. Being brand new the building and rooms are very clean and in brand new condition. The team was super flexible with move in dates as my mom was moving from another state and coming from respite care.
