The Overlook rates a solid 5 stars based on my experience. My mother requires level 4 care, and they have consistently attended to her every need, with very little wait time when she uses the call button. My mother has surprisingly adjusted to her assisted care lifestyle more quickly than I ever imagined, which I attribute to the attentive care she is receiving. We relocated our friend to another facility [date removed], not because we had any issues with it, but because we thought it would be more suitable to her social and cultural needs. I still have high regard for The Overlook at Suwanee and what they were able to accomplish there The Overlook had good management and a caring staff, but sometimes need attention that all expectations are being met. I would recommend both communities to others. I am grateful to each of them for their care of our friend.

[name removed] loves the staff that works with him and he loves the food overall. My only issues are because he started as a respite occupant, he never got a formal move in package, for example his room was never initially cleaned, never received a door and mailbox key until I requested it 6 weeks later. I've been asking for cleaning underneath his bed ( both note to maid and two verbal requests) to no avail.
