CriticalUnfortunately, my family friends are struggling with the care that is being provided at The Pavilion. Many times we have visited and the meals appear as though they are serving middle school students. Some of the residents looked as though their hair was not washed or combed. My friends mother was always slumped on the couch in front of a TV. Activities are next to nothing. They are either sitting alone or wandering aimlessly around. PositiveMy mom was previously a resident at The Pavilion. The staff was so kind and compassionate throughout my mom's time there. Not only to my mom, but to us as well. They were so loving to my mom in the short time that she was there. They treated her like you would a family member.
Response from the communityThank you so much for taking the time to acknowledge the kindness your mom received from our team at The Pavilion at El Dorado Hills. This is exactly what we expect from our team, and we truly appreciate when it is acknowledged. Thanks Nancy.

PositiveThe Pavilion at El Dorado Hills overall is a really good fit for our mom. the staff we've worked with have been very good to us and communicative. they also treat our mom very well.
★★★★★
CriticalIt is a very very beautiful facility, but the main problem was the staffing. There was absolutely no staffing, it made communication difficult which made us nervous and uneasy about leaving her there alone. We just had high hopes.

PositiveThe Pavillion at El Dorado Hills is exactly the home I didn’t think I would ever find for my best friend...my mother! From the very beginning and continually throughout these trying times they have kept in constant touch with me about mommy’s emotional and physical well being. I highly recommend this “home” away from home for anyone needing the best care possible.
Response from the communityWendy, Thank you so much for your kind words. Your review means a lot to our team at The Pavilion at Eldorado Hills. There is not a day that goes by that we don't think about your Mom, or you for that matter. It was truly a gift for us. -Dan
