Wonderful Community!

I have visited there many times and I have been around many of the residents and staff. It’s a very welcoming community and all the staff are very friendly! There’s always a fun activity going on too!

Your was great! [removed name] is very knowledgeable and helpful! I viewed the model room and got to speak with some of the residents. Staff greeted us as we toured the facility. There were activities going on. Overall liked the facility!

The Perfect Place

We have love The Pearl from the moment we found them. We had other friends who had used them for their loved ones and loved them as well. Management and really any of the staff is always available and easy to get in touch with. Honestly, they are all saints for putting up with some of the things they do. Some residents are more demanding and rude than others, and the staff always handles it with such grace. This is the best place for your loved ones if they have advanced dementia or Alzheimer's. The Pearl Reflections

Sometimes there are a lot of miscommunications between me the staff and Hospice about her eating schedule and where her prescriptions need to come from . Other than that I really am satisfied with the care she receives at the facility.

The Pearl is a pearl!

I love how clean it is. My mom's room is cleaned daily which is a huge difference from her last place The Terraces at Via Verde. The staff really understands her condition and doesn't blow anything out of proportion. They know how to redirect and are able to calm my mom down when she gets agitated which is going to happen with her condition . The activities director [name removed] is wonderful. Overall satisfied

We chose this facility because of the high rating from A Place for Mom. The residents don't always have an attendant in the dining room/activity room but especially after dinner time.
