Although the staff is very nice to deal with, my mother-in-law had four assessments since [date removed] to get it right! Lots of inconsistencies and errors in the assessment. Paid more than I had to the first month [Amount removed] which they never credited for our care level, went from a 5 to 3 then back to 4. They ordered medication when they didn't need to which resulted in insurance not paying because it was ordered to early. The staff seems to call in sick frequently, so all staff on hand at meal time. Follow up on paperwork. We had a situation where my mother slipped through the cracks as far as seeing the doctor. Even though we were told "she was on the list ", she wasn't and we had to push pretty hard to make sure the doctor saw her. There apparently was a change in staff that we weren't told about that caused the problem. The nursing and care staff are wonderful. They are very compassionate with the residence, they learned the family names very quickly and are very welcoming. So overall, we are happy with …

Mom loves it here. When Ive had issues, the staff listens and makes sure things are corrected. We are very happy with our choice. A smallish community where it is easy for everyone to fit in. A lovely setting to walk your loved one around the premises. Or take them out in a wheelchair. Staff listens and responds to issues of concern. A nice room to make it feel like home.
