1. I had a good experience. All the staff was very kind and good to my sister(2) facility is is very clean. Critical

The Pines on Carmel Senior Living

They need more help, not enough staff, and more RN needs to be in the facility. Shortage of staff. My mom passed away and I just wished they had more staff. The CNA that was there treated my mom good, it's just staff shortages. The head nurse was ok,she did answer questions that I had concerns about, but they need permanent RN station around. Also my mom was in the memory care and they really need to do more with those patients.

Food needs improvement

Their food is horrible. A few of the residents have stated they get sandwiches, hotdogs or even half a baked potato with green beans for dinner and the aides help to cook the meals. The Residents dont like the food. They say it's horrible and they don't given them enough food. Friendly staff overall a nice community

I wish they had more staff, so far my mom has been treated good. It's times when they are short staff. As far as activities I do see staff working with them when they can. The staff shortage can improve.
