I wouldn't hesitate to place my loved one there. They are compassionate and involved. We have found the activities to fill most of the day. The outdoor area is large enough for a nice walk around.

We toured this facility & were immediately drawn to how homely it felt & how clean it was. The staff was very welcoming & they made me feel as if my loved one would be taken care of with no issues. There was a long list of activities to choose from if community is your thing, but if not there are more private options such as an outdoor walking path in the gated courtyard!

We had a very positive experience with The Pinnacle! The staff were so welcoming, kind, patient, and respectful, and it was clear they genuinely cared about the residents. Communication with our family was strong which made us feel right at home and the transition/ process easier!

Family Atmosphere

Every visit I am impressed by how much of a family atmosphere there is! As soon as you walk in, they have a family wall with pictures of resident's and families, and you can tell it is important for the community to feel like a family. We have even come to know some other families during recent Holiday celebrations. I love that they have so many opportunities for us to come and participate.

Visited a friend

I recently visited a friend at The Pinnacle and was immediately struck by how warm and friendly everyone was, especially the greeter at the front desk. I attended their holiday party and they had live music, and pictures with Santa so it was a really fun afternoon. The staff was also involved, which was nice, you can tell they really enjoy what they do and take the residents' care seriously. Overall, and I was very impressed with their level of interaction.
