It was a clean and welcoming vibe. [name removed] who showed us around went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and she took her time to make sure we saw everything that they offer. All the staff was very friendly too. We have since rented an apartment and will be moving on soon.

The facility was very nice and the Associate Executive Director gave a great tour and is extremely knowledgeable. The only downside has nothing to do with the facility - it would just be a very long (2 hours) drive for me to visit and/or take my loved one to appointments.

A wonderful place for my parents

I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff have been...from director [name removed] to the ladies at the front desk, everyone has been wonderful and more than willing to be helpful with whatever we need. My parents are in a one bedroom apartment with a den. They also have a balcony that looks out over a small pond and wooded area. My grandpa lived at this facility, and I can’t say enough good things about it. From the moment he moved in, the staff treated him with so much kindness, patience, and respect. You can tell they truly care about their residents — not just their physical health, but their happiness and comfort too. Communication

The communication is not the greatest- but overall everything has been good! Takes a while to have emails returned! Communication issue between the community and administration/intake! Short staffed doesn’t help!
