PositiveFlexibility and level of care. was the biggest impression. Excellent, with small personalized service. They really worked with us to help Mom succeed. They did everything to ease us through this transition.

CriticalNot crazy about that place, and it's so expensive. They don't even give Physical Therapy and the food isn't as great as they said it was. I would recommend to others. For over [removed] dollars I expected more!!! Like physical therapy!!!

PositiveThe facility was absolutely wonderful! It was very clean. So much attention to detail. The layout was amazingly ideal for my brother as he was a pacer and it was basically an enclosed oval. The staff was so caring and kind. They truly showed so much kindness to my brother and the rest of the residents. The in-house hair salon was wonderful. The food was very good. The residents are kept engaged and well tended. I cant say enough good things about the facility. It felt like a luxury hotel and yet also very homey.

CriticalAdministrative staff ...a non relative receives no information to help..not even where the resident is...in a hospital... Dementia residents are not encouraged to participate in activities. Processed foods...carbs and meats..few fresh fruits and veggies.. For that amount of money they could provide toilet paper, depends, wipes etc especially if there is no relative nearby.
★★★★★
PositiveThe Pointe at Summit Hills is really good for semi-assisted living needs. They treat their residents/patients like family. The entire staff from the receptionists, the servers and cooks, to the maintenance guys all know the residents by name. There are many activities for the residents to participate in. The activity director is top notch! Anytime I've ever had an issue with anything concerning my mom, it has been handled promptly and satisfactorily. That being said, the only downside there is, is that the menu and…
