An independent and assisted living retirement community, The Pointe at West Palm offers spacious apartments, large walk-in closets, decorative balconies, fine dining, weekly housekeeping, transportation, entertainment, and a wealth of exciting activities. Long-term independent living residents benefit from home health services, as well as our on-site Assisted Living services.

PositiveOur family experience
Mom is happy. She loves her room and has a great view of the water feature. She likes the food and the staff. My only concern is that since I'm away for the summer, the staff has not communicated with me as promised. It truly was a positive move for my mom.

PositiveBeautiful grounds, friendly and welcoming staff and lovely apartments, very tastefully decorated. We joined an afternoon happy hour event with live music that was very enjoyable. The residents were involved and friendly, many coming by to say hello. They seemed to be truly enjoying themselves. The monthly newsletter and activities calendar was impressive. We were invited to stay for dinner, in fact joined 2 other residents. They were serving lobster, lamb, and a cold sea food bar. The food and service were excelle…

PositiveThe Pointe is a very nice facility for independent residents and they do have one building for assisted living. They do not have memory care facility. It was very clean and the model rooms that I saw were lovely. The dining room looks like a nice restaurant and two meals are included in your monthly fee. The monthly rate is very reasonable. My mom really liked the Pointe and will be moving in a couple of weeks!

PositivePeace of mind
I really like the place. It's an adjustment for my parents but the staff have been wonderful. They call me and keep me informed. They are also really responsive when I call. Nurses on staff and a doctor on site once a week that we started using for them. The relief our family feels having them there. It's taken so much stress off of me not worrying to remind them to take their meds and to eat and knowing they have help there 24 hrs a day. Also they have 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms so my parents are able to stay together…

As a resident, I go to the restaurant in a café on a daily basis. I find that the staff are incredible and very friendly. I also find the food is good and seems to be getting better on a regular basis. As a resident for the last 2 1/2 years I find that[Name Removed]that runs the restaurant and café doesn’t incredible job. The The ( Office ) staff in everyone does incredible work. I enjoy being here in my senior years. A lot of things and much love for all the workers that are here.
