It is under transition from the old owners to Kisco so that has been rough sense it would have been rough regardless for us. Intentions/plans are good and I agree with most of the changes but hiring/training has been slow/confusing. They are very nice people (Kisco) but we are still looking forward to some calm and predictability. Morning and day staff GREAT! Over-night staff iffy, food is sometimes good, sometimes overcooked...they are trying to hire kitchen managers....activities are plentiful and VERY good.

PositiveIt was a lovely facility with the nicest staff. We were happy that my mother lived in such a nice place at the end of her life. Even the visiting hospice workers commented on how nice it was and the kindness of the staff. We were with my mom 24/7 for the last few weeks of her life and saw the care and love firsthand.
