A Place For Mom extremely helpful! I would definitely recommend! The place has lots of windows, outdoor patio is secure and the halls and gathering places very spacious. People are nice. Gorgeous place and staff about Par for this type of environment. My loved one says she is happy there

Review for The Seneca Rockville

The care staff is excellent, but the food and management changes have been disappointing. Costs have increased, and the new points system feels unfair to existing residents. Hoping to see improvements in dining quality and transparency.

New owners/managers..Kisco

It is under transition from the old owners to Kisco so that has been rough sense it would have been rough regardless for us. Intentions/plans are good and I agree with most of the changes but hiring/training has been slow/confusing. They are very nice people (Kisco) but we are still looking forward to some calm and predictability. Morning and day staff GREAT! Over-night staff iffy, food is sometimes good, sometimes overcooked...they are trying to hire kitchen managers....activities are plentiful and VERY good.

It was a lovely facility with the nicest staff. We were happy that my mother lived in such a nice place at the end of her life. Even the visiting hospice workers commented on how nice it was and the kindness of the staff. We were with my mom 24/7 for the last few weeks of her life and saw the care and love firsthand. It was not a show they put on for visitors; it was continuous and always visible. We had some issues with the management after she passed away, with some unexpected fees and incorrect billing.
