★★★★★
PositiveThe tour gave me a good idea of what to expect from this type of living for my spouse. Mark provided me with the information that I needed
★★★★★
PositiveStaff is very accommodating and everyone is very friendly. I feel very safe and connected. There is no limitations on my ability to grow or be involved in this or the wider community. We are in independent living so we don't experience care directly. But it is comforting to know that the staff is looking out for you. There our lot of opportunities for a wide variety of activities. My interest are more intellectual and physical. My wife's interest are more social and we are both happy. The food is good, but not gou…
★★★★★
PositiveThe grounds, apartments are spacious and lovely. The kitchens are big and bathrooms double now sink so great place for husband and wife. A single would prefer smaller bathroom and kitchen. I was disappointed in no walking group. The site is on walking trail to Lake Pine. More getting elderly up and moving events. Mil didn't like food and choices. I ate some of it and it was fine but larger retirement communities have more options.
★★★★★
PositiveMy mom loves her room. She likes the staff and is very comfortable there. The first two months were a tough transition. But she has met a lot of new friends which are making it feel more like her new home. She likes that PT is right downstairs everyday. She does chair aerobics, plays games and is trying to do some more activities. Yes, we would recommend The Reserve at Mills Farm to other families based on the experience
★★★★★
PositiveThe reserve is beautiful and very up-to-date. The apartments are comfortable and nicely designed. Each apartment has a balcony The continuing care is the best part. Both the assisted living and the memory care villas looked very comfortable.
★★★★★
PositiveThe Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Most residents are very pleasant people. Some junior high drama.
