Community Amenities and Services Along with scheduled transportation and nightly turndown service, caregivers take care of any housekeeping and maintenance so residents can spend more time doing what they enjoy. They also provide service in diabetic, ambulatory, incontinence, and memory care, and are happy to assist with medication management as necessary. Plus, for optimal care and comfort, the facility has hospice available on-site. Their state-of-the-art dining program is designed based on the needs and interests of residents. Dine amongst newfound friends in inviting common areas or in the charming restaurant-style dining area where talented kitchen staff provide residents with three nutritious meals a day, along with delicious treats and snacks. Between meals, residents are free to relax in their private quarters or engage with each other in spacious indoor and outdoor common areas, including an elegant gazebo, self-serve coffee shop, charming front porch, and secured indoor and outdoor walking paths. With a goal to help each resident function at the highest level possible, they also provide a wealth of activities and events designed to nurture the body, mind, and soul, like word games, arts and crafts, book clubs, and so much more. Living Arrangements With respite and short-term stays offered, residents have the choice between studio or one-bedroom pet-friendly apartment homes. PositiveOverall would recommend
Spring Arbor has been great! They are very personal they know my mom and they are kind. There have been issues with a couple of people but they seem to work it out quickly. My only concern is my mom usually smells like urine and that concerns me. When I talk to them about it, they try to address it. They know my Mom. They call her by name. They know her likes and will have drinks or foods preset to her liking.

CriticalThe staff is friendly. It's an older facility, toilets are really too low for adults. It could use a facelift. I don't have anything to compare them to. Anything updated will also cost more. It's a matter of personal taste and what can work for the individual. Of course, I never wanted to have to put my loved one in any facility.
