The place is always clean, wonderful variety of activities. Mom dislikes the food overall, nursing staff often enters mom's room without knocking, and communication with family on timely medication refills is lacking. Overall mom is kept safe and provided for.

PositiveThe entire staff is genuinely friendly & willing to assist with every task. They go above & beyond. I did place my Dad here and he loves it. It is a wonderful small community. The facility is very clean and well maintained. Staff is always available. The dining room/food available gets 5 stars as well. Highly recommend!

CriticalHorrible if you need any sort of care
Administration is absolutely horrible if you need any sort of care. Essentially they evicted a 90 year veteran after requiring him to have private pay 24 hour care. The actual facility is beautiful and the staff working with residents are great but their headship team is awful.
Response from the communityWere sorry that your time with us did not work out, but unfortunately there are some needs that exceed our capabilities. Its not always easy to know prior to someone moving in what those behaviors might be, but we have to do what's in the best interests of each resident. We wish you the best.
