CriticalMy loved one is a current resident at The W at Pompano Beach and the overall experience has not been good. Communication with the family doesn't exist. I can never get a medical update on my loved one because everybody is too busy or not around. The laundry gets mixed up, my loved one is often wearing clothes that are not his. I would not recommend this facility to others.

CriticalFood is horrible. My mom wouldn’t eat it. Care not the greatest. Roaches in room. My mother died there And had money left in her account. I made numerous calls to administrator to get the money and was totally Ignored. Theifs. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

CriticalOur family had an in person tour, and we were not the biggest fans of The W. The director really had her heart in this place, that was obvious. She really wanted to fix up the place which they were, it was under construction in some areas. However it just seemed like the residents were all over the place, they would run up to us and start conversations abruptly. They were scattered all over the place and just did not seem as well cared for. It was kind of overwhelming and scary.
