PositiveStaff were so friendly and caring. They called me mom by her name the first day and made her feel welcome. Room was clean and well stocked ( respitestay) When she had a medical issue they were quick to respond and provide EMS her info for smooth transition. All staff from housekeeping to administer were great. Food was good and dining room open all day for dining. While she didn't do many of the activities, the calendar was full of various things.

PositiveThe place and the people were warm and welcoming, and it was very easy to make the decision to stay there.

PositiveMy parents moved in 4 months ago. From the first day, staff has been welcoming and accommodating. Activities are accessible and spread out throughout the day. and the special activities are a nice touch. Many dining choices are available.

Any questions or concerns were answered or addressed within a timely m…

PositiveI think ALL assisted living communities are crazy expensive. Overall I'd highly recommend Valley Farm.
