From the moment she moved in, the staff has gone above and beyond to make her feel comfortable, safe, and truly cared for. The staff is wonderful and attentive. They could use another aid on each shift; there is 2 on now could use 3. [name removed] at the front desk is very kind and helpful and the nurses are wonderful! The building is very clean and does not smell which is nice from other places I have gone. My mother is happy with the food, and the kitchen staff is wonderful also! During my experience with this residence, I have been consistently impressed by the high standard of care, professionalism of the staff, and the warm, welcoming environment they create for their residents. We were greeted at the door and again numerous times during our tour by both employees and residents. It has a friendly vibe. The room is tiny and has no overhead lighting. The shower has a small lip that the resident would need to step over to get in.

We felt very comfortable there, at home. Food was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. Sad to leave there. What I would like to say to management to help future clients is to go over the house rules and what is expected of them.
