★★★★★
CriticalMy mom as been here for a year and this place has been understaffed the entire time. Today she has been trying to get assisted for now 3 hours. I believe there are two people here working today when there showed be around 12 per SC 8:1 ratio. Do you research and look elsewhere for your loved ones to live
★★★★★
PositiveThe cleanliness is a 5 but needs new carpet. Med Techs Give wrong Meds, if residents not on their toes. Very friendly but not responsive to request, especially food. To much repetition. Most meats are tough. Not southern home cooking.
★★★★★
PositiveThe facility was kept clean and smelled good and clean. The employees were extremely attentive, personable, helpful, and concerned about the residents. They worked to ensure my mom's apartment was kept up at a high standard and they took very good care of her. The other resident were very friendly and welcoming. Great experience!!
★★★★★
PositiveStaffing not where it should be but does comply. Questions that I had no idea to ask: 1. Response time to alarm button on residence. 2. Proof that scheduled medicine is given on a timely basis. 3. what pharmacy is mandated to use if the facility administers the medicine.
★★★★★
PositiveThe biggest issue is they seem to be short on staff frequently. That is probably true everywhere. The staff is very friendly and caring. Overall, I think The Residences at Greer is a good place.
★★★★★
PositiveWe chose The Residences at Greer because of the availability, location, cleanliness of facility & staff. They went above & beyond to accommodate our needs.
