PositiveA very clean ,well lit facility. A room for PT and activities as well as a room dedicated to entertainment. We ate in the dining room which is a real dining room vs a cafeteria. All the staff we interacted with were personable and seemed to have a very good relationship with the tenants. The marketing director was gracious and handled our extensive questions. And most importantly..my mother loved the place.

Staff is great especially the director, [name removed]. She is very caring & goes beyond duty to make everything pleasant & safe for everyone. Many activities are available & participation is encouraged. Meals are good & well balanced with many choices available. Housekeeping needs improvement especially inside the rooms. Lobby & hallways are fine. Size of rooms is adequate. A little more storage would be welcome. The atmosphere is very welcoming & friendly.
