PositiveWe were very impressed with the facility as we came into the parking lot, everything was neat, orderly and the grass was mowed. Once inside we were professional greeted. The Facility Rep took time to get to know us and the needs of our father. He provided faculty tour and answered all our questions. Never pressured or rushed us. The staff and other residents have been very welcoming. Move-in day was not smooth. The apartment wasn't ready for Mom, but they got busy and took care of everything very quickly. Mom loves her new apartment and living somewhere with people who share similar backgrounds and interests due to common age.
