CriticalThe staff were very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I had to find a place quickly for my sister, and no one filled me in on the lack of medical care, as well as limited transportation to appointments. This was my fault and theirs. The food was delicious, and I was invited to eat lunch there one day for no cost. The programs seemed varied and interesting. I didn't see the residents of the memory care floor being taken outdoors much on nice days. They kindly let my sister use the respite room, which was furnished, …

PositiveShe was not excited to move there at first, and in a very short time enjoyed staying there. She met some great friends. They were great people who lifted her spirits, and had many meals with them. The employees were extremely helpful and kind.

Positive[name removed] was very informative and pleasant to work with. God willing I look forward to moving my mom there in the next few weeks.

PositiveI think the one on one care could be improved, when they only change bedding every couple of weeks to me is unacceptable. Also the meal aren't the best. With what the people pay they should have good quality meals, laundry and cleaning done weekly. They have given some of her clothes to someone else , because she has things missing. There is always room for improvement. Overall the facility is wonderful. If you need anything else let me know!

Mom was able to join him at the Sheridan from rehab earlier than what expected of her recovery. This was also due to staff at the Sheridan evaluating her in rehab and again accepting her. I was finally relieved for their safety and care at this point. While…

Positive[name removed] will have been at Sheridan for a year this [Date Removed]. She is highly functional and can sometimes get a bit restless, but for my own peace of mind as her power of attorney and close friend, I know she is safe, receiving her meals and medications, and being cared for properly. I travel frequently, so that reassurance means a great deal to me. [name removed] especially enjoys the field trips — though she would happily go on even more if she could! [name removed] has been wonderful about keeping me…
