I loved the overall design of the campus with distinct spaces for various levels of capabilities/cognition. If situations were different, I would seriously consider Skybridge for myself.

They are disorganized. The apartment door was broken, and it took a lot of follow-up to get it fixed. The lock was hard to turn, so much so that I could not even turn it myself. The automatic door coming from the garage still does not work. It is just a matter of programming the key fob correctly. The keys were not ready for pickup as promised, and it took a couple of tries to get them. Internet access was not available at move-in and took a few days to get connected. Internet was a must, as my aunt’s primary ente…

PositiveThe tour was wonderful and the staff was so courteous and very well knowledgeable and answered all questions to my satisfaction. The grounds and buildings are keep in immaculate shape. At the end of the tour, I was quite excited about the whole experience and ready to put in my application.
