About The Springs at Santa Rita The Springs at Santa Rita is a 55+ community in Green Valley, Arizona. The Springs community is a part of Green Valley Recreation, giving residents access to 13 different recreation centers, one of which is located in their very own neighborhood. Residents lead a socially and physically active lifestyle in Green Valley while enjoying the many activities, classes, and clubs offered. The Springs at Santa Rita is a gated community that encompasses low-maintenance attached and single-family homes. Homeowners enjoy living in affordable homes that offer main-level living and low-maintenance exteriors. The Springs at Santa Rita Amenities Santa Rita Social Center is a 30,000 square-foot recreation facility located within the gates of The Springs. Here, residents have access to an outdoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, computer lab, four meeting rooms, and catering kitchen. Residents also enjoy the clay, art, and dance studios. The Springs even has a 24-acre private park with trails. Active adult homebuyers can choose an attached or single-family home available on a resale basis. On average, the attached homes inside The Springs at Santa Rita were built with one or two bedrooms, one to two bathrooms, and an attached garage. These homes feature approximately 850 to 1,300 square feet of living space and share a common wall. The single-family homes offer about 1,100 to 1,600 square feet of living space. The Springs at Santa Rita Lifestyle Homeowners pay two yearly fees, one for the homeowners’ association and the other for Green Valley Recreation (GVR) dues.
