Very Impressed

My friend was not probably the easiest resident, but they did an amazing job with him. When I was there and saw how they interacted with him and the other residents, they never lost temper or got snippy with them. Very impressed overall with the loving, caring and outstanding staff. Initially when we were going to put him in it was during Covid so we had kept him in home care for 24 hours until that phase had passed. During his time there, I knew he was in good hands and safe. Best place in the Valley

Our first impression right away is that we noticed how nice it was, we saw staff and residents everywhere and the ratio was on point. We have heard only positive things about The Springs and based on our experience so far we would recommend the community to others. Anytime we call the community there is always always always someone there to pick up the phone.

A lot of activities and great food

This facility is working out very nicely for my parents and all of the staff members treat them very well. The community is very clean and the staff distributed all the medications on time. They offer a lot of activities like crafts, cards, bingo, knitting groups, and trips to live musical events. One thing I really like is they have a doctor in house, a beauty salon, a massage therapist, and church services on Wednesday’s. My parents say the food is really good and the nutrition is excellent. We toured this community and the staff was friendly and the community is very clean. The menu would have been a lot of good variety. They offer activities for the residents who want to participate. We liked this community, but it was further then what we were looking for, but families might consider a tour of this community for the care of a loved one.
