Good staffing. Dining room could have more servers! Staff is friendly. Food is good ??. Many residents have lived here for as long as 10 years!

It is a very nice place... My issue is became I must adhere to a renal diet. They could not accommodate my needs. [name removed] and [name removed] are very nice to work with. I was treated as if I was family...

It has been excellent!

I moved here 6 months ago after viewing, in person, several, independent living facilities. I knew what I was looking for, and The Summit met those needs plus so many more. There are numerous, wonderful indoor and outdoor activities. Medical services are close by, and the drive to the beaches is so easy. The staff is competent and so very friendly; I enjoy all the residents; I love my apartment! Am I happy here? You bet! Also, the food is great.

My Mom loves The Summit! She has made friends and enjoying all the activities. She will be there until Spring and return to Montana for the summer. She looks forward to returning to The Summit next fall.

A cruise on dry land

Before moving to The Summit, I checked out several other senior living facilities. Some were nice, while others were not so much. I hadn’t considered The Summit because I thought it was a condo.A Place for Mom suggested it and I made an appointment. The staff were so nice and toured the place with me. I even had a sample meal there too. The food was top restaurant quality. This was important to me since I do not cook. The agent selected an apartment for me near the elevator and parking which suited me well as I use…

If you are looking for a happy community, this is the place to be! Friendly staff. Great food. Lots of community activities. Be as engaged as you want to be in this lovely place. In a part of town that is relatively close to beaches too!
