Not what we expected

Administrative staff lack of professionalism, doesn't have time to address issues, lack of bedside manner. Quality of care- does not keep to toileting schedule, bathing is lacking resident still dirty after shower. Sits in rooms and plays on phone instead of caring for loved ones. Activities are not centered toward people with Alzheimer's, activities Director does not take questions about activities kindly. She treats her staff poorly in front of families. Not worth the price. Highly recommend

They go above and beyond to keep your loved one as independent as they can for as long as possible. They work with family members to meet your loved ones needs. They include everyone, no matter memory issues, in all activities provided.

We had a really nice tour experience with The Terrace at Glen Eddy. The facility was clean and we really loved everything that we saw. The staff were great with their follow up after the tours as well. Unfortunately they did not have availability for respite stay in the time range that we were looking for. We ended up going with another Terrace facility.

My wife and I are very pleased to be living at the Terrace at Glen Eddy. All personnel here are extremely friendly and caring. They are always ready to respond to our needs.

Well organized. A lot of individualized attention. I love the grounds as well. The dining services are good. The facility is kept very clean.
