PositiveThe activities are so interactive and enjoyable for residents. Food is great and accommodating to residents. Staff listens to staff requests and needs and adjusts so residents are happy. A clean facility and the staff is wonderful.

PositiveI would rate each category as a 5. My sister is very happy with the overall experience. Activities are top notch as well as food. She interacts with medical staff frequently and they are great! Staff is interactive with residents and admin staff attend resident council meeting to hear about issues and requests in order to make improvements so all enjoy living there. Also, outings as a group are fun and vary!

CriticalBased on the experience we have had so far, there isn't enough communication between staff for shift changes. The staff needs more training dealing with dementia. Most of the staff does not speak clear English.
