CriticalMy father was admitted to Villa at Winston Court and never allowed to leave. His rights—his autonomy, his voice—were completely stripped away. No clear answers, no true advocacy for his well-being. Staff extrememly rude and uncaring. Families entrust care facilities to preserve dignity, not take it. If you’re considering this place for a loved one, ask hard questions and demand transparency. Once rights are gone, they don’t come back

CriticalWe would never recommend your Villa to anyone. Very disappointed in the management never around but for the check. Cleanliness not much, and laundry mixed up with others. Little children of staff coming into room and taking glasses, tv remotes. Breakfast lets get up 6:00 and have the residents set for an hour before they would get breakfast and then out of eggs, juice, bread what a joke. Meds were given at different times, sugar not checked. Leaving residents on the toilet for long, length of time, they couldn'…
