★★★★★
PositiveVery clean. Staff is top notch. Family owned and operated. The food is also amazing!
★★★★★
PositiveStaff is very friendly and caring. Food portions are very good. The only problem is sometimes they serve meat that needs to be cut up but they only have a spoon to eat with. Rooms and facilities are clean. The room is small but adequate.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff was very friendly. On my aunt’s first night staying there, they even texted me a photo to reassure me she was doing well and had already found a group of ladies to talk with.
★★★★★
PositiveThere is no place in the area that will give your loved one better care. They might be fancier but this places cares for everyone involved. I would highly recommend. We had my mom in a fancy expensive place where her care was piss poor. The Village at Carroll Park is not fancy at all. Family owned and they are lifesavers. The nurses truly care about each and every person that lives there. I cannot say enough good things about how amazing every single person is!
★★★★★
PositiveCarroll Park is not a modern facility but I think my sister is getting better care than at the previous place she was at. The nurse is knowledgeable and keeps me informed. They have some activities and give personal time to walk with her. The staff is very nice, facilities clean, and I assume food is good as it all gets eaten - portions are generous. Rooms are small and there are 2 people per. At the stage of Alzheimer's my sister is in it is ok with her.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is very kind it's clean when we go in. There's not a smell overall we are happy they work with us on the cost and payments.
