The Parkway Senior Living

Andrea was excellent as she explained their memory neighborhood explaining the purpose behind the arrangement of the area, the activities and availability of therapy teams. Their restaurant type option for meals 7 am to 7pm was a nice bonus for residents. As we move closer to needing a care facility we will definitely look seriously at Parkway.

A great facility, definitely on the top of the search list.

This was my first time ever meeting with a touring a facility for senior living. [name removed] was extremely informative, patient, and helpful. Being my first time at this, I didn’t even know what questions I needed to ask. But he helped guide me in the right direction For the beginning of my search. I toured the facility also which was cheerful, bright, clean and festively decorated for the holidays.

Overall a nice community

It is my sister in law that is living there, but I'm the one who checked it out and recommended it to her. I would give [name removed] a 5! [name removed] has complained about the food several times, not enough room for everyone in exercise room, too cold in dining, didn't feel she was informed on some policies like fire drills,etc. One thing, it is close to us, 15 minutes away. Need a great home for your parents? This is the place!

The staff was wonderful, very caring. When dad passed away and we had to move mom to memory care they were so helpful. Then when mom passed away they were caring and thoughtful. Very helpful with hospice. Only improvement would be bookkeeping could be clearer.

Be prepared

Everyone knew you and their families by your first name.. If staffing in the kitchen and dining area improves then yes we would recommend the community to other families.
