★★★★★
PositiveNot too big or small; many many choices each day for meals; they have a wonderful free car service; there is a heated indoor pool open every day. There are quite a few physical exercise classes, as well as lectures and movies - all free. They have a great library. They also bring in live entertainment and trips to shows in Boston and the South Shore. Staff and residents make a big effort to welcome new residents. It’s enormously helpful. Situated not far from the beach also on lovely landscaped surroundings.
★★★★★
PositiveIt has everything I was looking for and the staff was welcoming. The total number of residents was just the right size. The attitude of everyone was/is definitely centered around the residents. Also, it's run like a co-op, so the residents have a say in how the place is run. The activities are not ordinary, they offer lectures, museum trips in Boston and down on Cape Cod.
★★★★★
PositiveThe Staff are always keeping the residents active and engaged. There is a very open atmosphere for residents and visitors to come and go as they please.

My mom has actually helped the activities director put together and plan outings for the others residents which is really cool.

The apartments are lovely, sunny and can be darkened with shades, curtains, blinds or shutters (if so desired. Some have electric fireplaces. The Third floor has windows in the ceiling of the living/dining room that allows for the sun to brighten the 3rd floor living room. Unfortunately, there seems to be a few persons who h…
